My Urban Girl Wellness Review!

Today I have a great review for a health program you all need to try! Last month I was a lucky winner of an Urban Girl Wellness Cleanse Program, and I have to say I was very excited about my results! 

 I did the 14 day Fresh Start Nutrition Program! I will admit the first five days were very hard, because I was so used to eating all day long. Days 1 - 5 you drink a smoothie for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So drinking smoothies all day was not fun, but it was completely worth it! after the first few days I could tell a complete difference in my energy and overall health! I chose the Peanut Butter Crunch and Chocolate on Chocolate. They were delicious, I could eat them every day!!

Everyday you get a new email with encouragement and health tips, which I thought was great! I got to learn something new everyday, and it helped having someone encourage me to keep going and that this was worth it! I lost a total of 8lbs, and my appetite is so much smaller now, I love it. I learned so much while I was on my cleanse, I learned how to eat right, how to stop eating so much, and how to stay healthy! I can't imagine drinking shakes all day although I've considered doing cleanses like that before I can def. hear the plus side to it though.
